The set of core values that guide our behaviours, decisions and actions are based upon the teaching of the Prophet ﷺ

The last Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Allah has one hundred (degrees of) mercy, of which He has shared one between all of creation, by virtue of which you show mercy and compassion towards one another and the wild animals show compassion towards their young. And He has kept back ninety-nine (degrees of) mercy by virtue of which He will show mercy to His slaves on the Day of Resurrection.”

God said:
“Do not mix truth with falsehood or hide the truth knowingly”

Patience and Forbearance
God said:
“And whoever is patient and forgiving, these most surely are actions due to courage”

God said:
“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor.”

Respect for the scholars
The last Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever follows a path to seek knowledge, Allaah will make easy for him the path to Paradise. The angels beat their wings in approval of the seeker of knowledge, and those who are in the heavens and on earth pray for forgiveness for the scholar, even the fish in the water. The superiority of the scholar over the worshipper is like the superiority of the moon over all other heavenly bodies. The scholars are the heirs of the Prophets, for the Prophets did not leave behind dinars or dirhams, rather they left behind knowledge, so whoever gains knowledge has gained great good fortune”

Wisdom in dealing with the community

God said:
“Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and fair preaching and reason with them in the better way.”
